Michael joined the Berwick Physiotherapy team in early 2022 after graduating from the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Physiotherapy program with distinction. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours in Physiology from Monash University.
Michael has a keen interest in the assessment and management of both sporting-related and spinal injuries. He adopts the latest in evidence-based practice to offer individualised care to his patients, combining a ‘hands-on’ approach to treatment with tailored exercise prescription to help a patient reach their goals. Ultimately, Michael aims to provide patients with the necessary tools for self-management to help manage their conditions in the long-term.
From a young age, he has participated in a variety of sports, including basketball, football and karate. Outside work, Michael enjoys playing basketball with his friends, exploring the various cuisines and dining experiences within Melbourne, spending time with his family and friends, and supporting the forever struggling Carlton Football Club.
