Ritika Dighe

B.Physio (Hons), APAM

Ritika, a graduate from Monash University’s Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) program, brings a fresh perspective and a passion for helping others to the team at Berwick and Clyde North Physiotherapy. Drawing from her experience in sports training with football and soccer teams, she enjoys treating various musculoskeletal injuries but has a special interest in treating all types of conditions involving the neck and shoulder. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ritika is an enthusiastic foodie, always eager to explore and savour different cuisines. Having grown up in India, she is also fluent in Indian languages such as Hindi and Marathi.

She is available for consultation at both the Berwick and Clyde North clinics and looks forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Matthew Lambe (Exercise Physiologist)

B.Ex.Sci, M.Clin. Ex. Phys, ESSA |

Matthew is an accredited Exercise Physiologist.  Prior to joining Berwick, and Pakenham Lakeside Physiotherapy in 2022, Matthew graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2019.  He then went on to complete his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, which enabled him to gain further understanding of the use of exercise prescription for people with chronic health conditions and injury prevention and management.  His clinical placements have included acute inpatient rehabilitation working predominantly with patients following stroke and cardiac heart failure, neurological rehabilitation specialising in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological conditions, and finally a not-for-profit prostate cancer centre where he prescribed and supervised exercise for patients undergoing chemotherapy and ADT treatment. 

Matthew has a particular interest in providing exercise programs to patients with chronic health conditions, to help them regain function and strength in order to improve their daily lives.  He is also interested in the rehabilitation effects of exercise for workplace or sporting injuries, to get the back to work and back to the sports they love. 

Away from work, Matthew is a competitive strongman and powerlifter.  He is heavily involved in the world of strength sports and is looking forward to competing further.
