Ritika Dighe

B.Physio (Hons), APAM

Ritika joined Berwick Physiotherapy after completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) program from Monash University.

With hands-on experience as a sports trainer for football and soccer teams, Ritika has developed a keen interest in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. She has a particular passion for treating conditions involving the neck and shoulder. Ritika enjoys combining exercise with her clinical knowledge, creating personalised rehabilitation plans to help patients return to full function and prevent future injuries.

Ritika also has a special interest in women’s health and enjoys supporting women across all age groups. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment and strongly believes in educating her patients to empower them in achieving their goals.

Outside the clinic, Ritika is a foodie who loves exploring diverse cuisines. Originally from India, she is fluent in Hindi and Marathi, allowing her to connect more deeply with a broader range of patients.
