Ross de Valle

B.App.Sc.(Physio), Grad. Dip. Manip. Physio., APAM, MMPAA |

Ross joined Berwick Physiotherapy in 1999 and has over 25 years’ experience as a physiotherapist. He has seen Berwick Physiotherapy, Pakenham Lakeside Physiotherapy and Clyde North Physiotherapy grow and evolve over the last 20 years and is proud to be one of the directors of this innovative practice.  He has completed a post graduate diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association having served on the Victorian Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Committee in the portfolio of Continuing Education.

Ross aspires to provide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy services.  He has strong relationships with local doctors and surgeons and sees communication between health practitioners as a priority.  He has a special interest in lower back pain and has completed additional training in Pilates, dry needling and the management of vertigo and vestibular dysfunction. Manual therapy is one of his strengths and he uses a very ‘hands on’ approach during treatment sessions.

Away from work, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife and children.  He has coached junior football at the Ashburton Redbacks Football Club, junior soccer at the Ashburton United Soccer Club and has been a committee member of the Camberwell Malvern Little Athletics Club.  He enjoys reading, exploring different cuisines and both road and mountain bike riding.  He continues the endless struggle of lowering his golf handicap and hopes to live long enough to see the North Melbourne Football Club win another premiership!
