Georgia Hogan

B.Physio Advanced – Research (Hons), APAM

Georgia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University in 2017, graduating with Advanced Research Honours for her research in pre-season screening to predict subsequent injury amongst athletes. She has worked with amateur sporting teams in both men’s and women’s football, and has a keen interest to continue her work with athletes and the like.

With her interest in Physiotherapy sparked by her background in Irish Dancing, Georgia has an ongoing passion for body mechanics and general health, and endeavours to help manage and prevent musculoskeletal injuries within the community. She has experience within the acute and sub-acute hospital setting, working with post-operative patients, and rehabilitating them to achieve their goals. She maintains a strong focus on providing a personal and collaborative experience for all her clients, ensuring they are empowered to self-manage their condition in the long-term.

Georgia has continued her interest within movement education and training and is completing her Matwork and Equipment Pilates Certification via the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institution (APPI).

Outside work, Georgia enjoys staying active and spending time exploring nature. She thrives on surrounding herself with family and friends, and also has an ongoing desire to further travel the world.
