MASSAGE THERAPY / MYOTHERAPY

Massage Therapy is the practice of influencing soft tissue for the purpose of improving physical (tissue manipulation), functional and also psychological (relaxation) wellbeing by accredited professionals.

Myotherapy is a form of physiotherapy that focuses on the treatment and prevention of soft tissue (muscles, ligaments, tendons of the human body) pain and restricted joint mobility using a range of techniques (remedial massage, trigger point therapy, corrective exercises, joint mobilisation, cupping, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage and dry needling).
